Here is my entry to Susan's this week's Black and White Wednesday.
I picked up this beauty few days back in my local super market. I have never cooked with Acorn Squash. I dont know how it is going to taste. I am still gearing up my guts to cook this before it goes bad. Maybe some new curry?
